If you haven’t heard of Chanel before than I’m not sure if we can be friends. Chanel is a powerhouse of fashion best known for their handbags like the Classic Flap, or the 2.55.
What you may not be as familiar with is their makeup and skincare line. I’ve been wearing the CoCo Mademoiselle perfume for at least 10 years, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. With the hefty price tag I had been putting off buying the matching body cream but I finally pulled the trigger. At no shock to me, it is amazing! It falls under one of my favourite categories that I like to call “Personal Luxuries” which is something I indulge in or splurge on that no one else sees, but when I wear it or use it I feel like a million bucks! The perfume version is something I put on when I’m getting ready for the day or going out. The body cream is something I put on a night just before bed, I love it because it’s all I smell as I go to sleep.
Like I said, a personal luxury. Not something for everyone, but when you’ve had a cold and have been feeling pretty crummy – there’s nothing like having a hot bath and putting on some luxurious Chanel CoCo Mademoiselle Body Cream to make you feel more like yourself again. 🙂
